FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS & LOAN
In 2004 I had a need for some type of home video security system. I made a few calls to various local alarm companies and became discouraged by the price and the lack of knowledge surrounding the technology. I knew what I wanted (needed) but figured it was just not feasible. A few months later a friend told me about Valdosta Video Security and described the technology they were introducing to Valdosta. I made a call to Scott Dallas at Valdosta Video Security ,Inc. and what he described was just too good to be true! I had them install a system in my home and to my surprise, it far exceeded my expectations.

This year my employer needed a complete overhaul to its video security system. This project was what I consider a complex installation with no margin for error. The project involved three different locations and I knew expectations would be extremely high. I didn’t hesitate to choose Valdosta Video Security. Having used the technology first hand, I knew there was no better system for us. Needless to say, we are 100% satisfied with our systems.

I recently had Valdosta Video Security install a video surveillance system in my home. I’m not the easiest customer in the world – alright I just come out and say it – I’m VERY demanding and picky. I had a ton of questions for Scott prior moving forward with the project. He took his time and made sure that all of my questions were answered before he and his team got started. At no point did I ever feel rushed or that he was simply trying to make a quick sale. He’s genuinely committed to providing a customized video surveillance solution. The installation was timely and his focus on details and neatness was amazing. This made both my wife and me very happy. I felt very comfortable having him in my home throughout the process.
