Extended Warranty

Under this agreement Valdosta Video Security Inc will provide labor and replacement parts required to maintain the installed Video Security System Cameras in normal working order at NO CHARGE to the Customer other than the routine monthly charge. All other services, including, but not limited to, repair of damages caused by power surges, vandalism, customer misuse, damage caused by rodents, thefts of equipment, fires, Acts of God, such as floods, natural disasters, and lightning, and calls for changes or alterations of the system will be charged to the Customer on a time and material basis. Batteries, light bulbs, and any other consumable items are not covered under the extended warranty agreement. Two different optional service agreements are available to our customers and are listed below:

EXTENDED PLUS $34.95 per month
Extended Warranty and Service Agreement: includes all our standard warranty agreements plus ALL PARTS AND LABOR as described above in section 1, plus maintaining and updating all software and networking related products on a monthly basis, testing, inspection, training for employees & cleaning of all camera lens and housings on a quarterly basis or more if needed. Extended Plus now includes Secure OFFSITE BACK-UP of all your video files in case of damage or theift to your video security system.

EXTENDED $15.95 per month
Extended Warranty and Service Agreement: includes all our standard warranty agreements and applies to LABOR only and parts shall be installed at a 40% discounted price under this plan.

Statements will be mailed out on the 25th of each month and payments will be due by the 10th of the following month.
